Secrets of Success-The easiest thing to remember -" Always make your boss look good". Analyse your boss, his /her work style and be proactive in filling up the gaps your boss would most likely forget .It may involve a little extra work but you would surely make yourself indispensable. Report issues to your boss before any one else does. You may be performing well but would you rather lie low and let some else take the credit? Let other people know about your work , your special talents. If you have successfully completed a project - let your boss know. Make your self visible.Send a memo to your boss stating " task completed" but be subtle , & it is a good idea to replace the "I" with " we". It shows that you are a team player
